    About Us

    Our Approach

Our small team brings decades of insight and experience to the close relationships we build with founders. We believe in a founder’s autonomy, and we’re here to help when companies need it most.

We look for startups with clear business models, large total addressable markets, experienced teams, and distinct growth strategies. Before investing, we consider all aspects of a company including the strength and history of its team, differentiators that distinguish them above all competitors, evidence of revenue scale, and game-changing technology that will evolve an industry. We also look for founders who have the ability to inspire, hunger to excel, and the discipline to execute on a business plan.

Should Your Startup Bootstrap or Raise Venture Capital?

Within the world of startups, you'll find lots of discourse online about the experiences of founders bootstrapping their startup versus the founders who have raised venture capital to fund their company. Is one better than the other? Truth is, it may not be so black and white. Dalton Caldwell and Michael Seibel discuss the virtues and struggles of both paths.
